Pad Thai is very popular among visitors to Thailand and it has become popular all over the world. This delicious dish is so easy and quick to prepare.
Ingredients: sugar, roasted peanuts, tamarind juice, shallots, fish sauce, tomato paste, soybean oil, distilled vinegar, salt and chilli oleoresin.
No colouring, preservatives or MSG added.
Recipe Idea for Pad Thai for Two.
1. Soak 120g of rice noodles or bean vermicelli until soft, drain and set aside.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan or wok. Fry 100g of shrimp and 100g of diced tofu.
3. Scramble one egg and empty the contents of the Pad Thai Stir-Fry Sauce. Add the noodles or vermicelli, stir combine until cooked. If the dish looks dry, sprinkle some water and continue stirring until done.
4. Add 100g of bean sprouts and 3 chives cut into pieces. Cook for another minute. Make 2 servings and sprinkle with roasted peanuts (optional)
A typical Pad Thai is served with, fresh bean sprouts, ground chilli pepper, banana flower, chives and pickled chilli in vinegar.

Lobo Tom Ka Paste 50g
Tom Ka is a delightful cream soup harmonised by the flavor of coconut milk, galangal root, kaffir lime leaves and lemon grass. Cook gently to prevent the coconut milk from separating.
Simply boil canned coconut milk, add the paste and chicken. For a more authentic taste add fish sauce.
Ingredients: Salt, spices, galangal, lemon grass, vegetable oil, sugar, MSG, and citric acid (no colouring's or preservatives added).
Recipe for Chicken Tom Ka
Ingredients (serves 3-4 persons)
Lobo Tom Ka Paste - 1 packet
Chicken meat - 300 g (10.5 oz)
Coconut milk - 1 cup (240 ml)
Water - 2 cups (480 ml)
Mushrooms - 100 g (3.5 oz)
Fish sauce and lime juice
Preparation
A delightful chicken cream soup harmonised by the flavour of coconut milk, galangal root, kaffir lime leaves and heart of lemon grass. Serve with your favourite rice, or try multi-grain rice for extra flavour and nutrition.
Set coconut milk on low heat. Add chicken once coconut milk is boiled, along with contents of the Tom Ka Paste packet. Simmer until chicken is cooked.
Add water and simmer until chicken is tender. Stir regularly.
Add 1 more cup of coconut milk with mushrooms. Continue until boiled and remove. Flavour with fish sauce and lime juice to taste.
Tips
Immerse packet in hot water for a moment before opening. This will help empty the contents.
Do not boil or simmer coconut milk for too long as it will affect the colour.
Mushroom used can be straw mushrooms, oyster mushrooms or eryngii mushrooms.
Chicken Tom Ka should be eaten while hot to best enjoy the flavour and aroma

Full of aromatic Thai basil, this quick and simple dish is a favourite of the people of Bangkok. Sometimes it is served hot over steamed rice with a fried egg on top.
Ingredients - chili, soy sauce, holy basil leaves, onions, soy bean oil, garlic, sugar and salt.

Recipe for Gai Pad Kaprao (Basil Chicken)
Slice or chop 250g of chicken or your chosen meat.
Heat a wok or a frying pan and add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil together with the contents of this packet. Stir until it becomes aromatic.
Add the meat and stir-fry until the meat is done.
Serve with boiled rice and top with a fried egg (optional).

Recipe:
To make chicken rice: Prepare 250g-300g chicken breasts or thighs. Put 200g rice and chicken rice seasoning sauce mix (32g) in a rice cooker. Pour in appropriate amount of water and mix well. Then, arrange the chicken on top. Close the lid and switch on. Let it cook and serve hot with Soup and Dipping Sauce.

Lobo Oriental Fried Rice Seasoning mix makes a typical Thai Version of fried rice, that is easy to prepare. This versatile dish is a complete meal in itself with the addition of meat and vegetables on the side. It can also be made with prawns or other fish.
Ingredients - Malt dextrin, sugar, salt, soy sauce powder and spices.

Recipe for Oriental Fried Rich with Prawns or meat
- Prepare 100g of shrimp or meat.
- Heat a frying pan or a wok and add 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil. Cook the prawns or meat
- Add about two plates of pre-cooked steamed rice. Lower the heat. Stir-fry.
- Add the contents of this packet and continue stirring.
- Push the rice to the side, add 1-2 eggs and scramble. Stir-fry into rice.
- Serve with green onions, cucumbers and tomatoes.
The vegetables can also be added towards the end of the cooking process, if you prefer.

If you've ever had "moo dang" in Thailand, this will bring back tasty memories. Also known as Char Siu, or Chinese barbecue pork. Prepare 2 lb pork butt, cut into long pieces about 1.5 x 8 inches. Dissolve contents of 1 packet with 1/2 cup water, soak for 2-3 hours. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or charcoal grill or broil until well-done. Slice thin.
