Soft udon noodles that are wok-ready with no pre cooking required.
For Soup Prep:
Put Noodle into 300cc boiling water, add seasoning & stir well to cook for 3 minutes. Meat, mushrooms or vegetables can be cooked together.
To Stir Fry:
Heat a little oil, stir fry meat and vegetables with seasoning until cooked. Add noodles, stir and cook for 3 minutes, then add oyster sauce. Stir well.
For Cold Noodle:
Cook noodle with boiling water for 3 minutes. Take out the noodles and rinse with cold water until cool. Eat the noodle with Japanese noodle sauces.

A simple way to enjoy udon. This pack contains three packets of pre-cooked udon noodles, with a sachet of traditional soup stock for each made using both Japan grown bonito fish and Kombu kelp seaweed from the coast of Hidaka (Hokkaido). Simple to prepare in the microwave or on a stove top, fantastic for a quick, easy and tasty meal.
Cook noodles in 250ml of boiling water for 1 minute. Add the contents of the seasoning sachets and cook for another minute stirring occasionally. Serve noodles and soup in a bowl and add toppings.

Sweet potato vermicelli is similar in texture to bean thread vermicelli, and turn transparent or glass-like when cooked - hence the name glass noodles or cellopane noodles. They are most widely used in Korean cuisine- where they're known as dang myun - to make japchae. This is a dish of vegetables stir-fried with sweet potato vermicelli. Sweet potatoes were brought to Japan in the 17th century, and then on to Korea in the mid-18th century to help alleviate famine. It has been a significant part of the diet in both countries since.
To cook, soak in boiling water for 12-15 minutes. The sweet potato vermicelli noodles are packed in 4 x 100g nests. The noodles are an excellent gluten free alternative to wheat noodles.
