Pho Bo is a popular meal-in-a-bowl noodle soup in Vietnam. This spice paste contains a delicate blend of ginger, coriander, star anise and cinnamon. Beef or chicken, bean sprouts, sweet basil leaves, lime and chillies are usually served with this dish.


Ingredients List: Water, Salt, Soy Sauce (Water, Soybean, Salt, Sugar, Wheat Flour), Sugar, Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Hydrolysed Protein From Soy, Coriander, Yeast Extract, Star Anise, Pepper, Cinnamon, Acid Regulator (Citric & Malic Acid).

Allergy Advice: Not suitable for Gluten, Soybean allergy sufferers.

Storage: Keep in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Storage Type: Ambient.

Instructions for Use: Bring water or unsalted beef or chicken stock, Spice Paste and onion in saucepan to boil. Reduce heat, simmer for 5 minutes Add sliced beef, bring to boil. Remove the cooked or medium rare beef and set aside Place beef on noodles and pour soup over. Garnish with beansprouts, basil leaves and lime. Serve hot
