Ingredients 100% Sushi Rice Preparation and Usage Cooking instructions: Wash the rice thoroughly. Add 1 cup rice to 1 1/2 cups of cool salted water. Bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until the water has been absorbed. Turn off heat and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
