Our Chilli Garlic Sauce is the perfect blend of chilli and garlic, providing a savoury, hot paste to be used across all stir-fries. We recommend using this chilli & garlic paste for meat and seafood dishes, as the flavour it imparts to these ingredients elevate the dish to a whole new level. An added bonus to this ingredient is the great aroma it imparts to the other ingredients while you cook through in your kitchen!


Cooking Instructions: Stir-fry 250g peeled king prawns with 1 Tbsp of oil for 2 mins until cooked, turn down the heat and add 1 Tbsp of Chilli Garlic Sauce, mix well and heat through before serving.
