Enjoy Taiwanese dried noodles with dishes that have a lot of sauce! The wide, ribbon-shaped noodles have the perfect surface for holding a thick black bean or char siu sauce.

Add the noodles to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes, or until tender. The Taiwanese noodles are also great in warming noodle soups.
